Max-Traction Ltd. are easy to deal with and try to make things as pleasant as possible for you.

Payment must be made in advance of dispatch, by either cheque, credit or debit card or by any other payment options on the website. Please note we do not accept cash. Should we receive a cheque for an item that is out of stock we shall not present the cheque until the item is ready for dispatch.

Because of the nature of the product we do not guarantee it's life expectancy, once used it cannot be returned for a refund. Mud Paddles are an emergency device for use on soft ground and not intended for prolonged use.
